What is a Storysack? A Storysack is a cloth bag containing: a good quality children’s fiction book; soft toys or characters from the story; props; an audio tape recording of the story; a language based game; a non-fiction book relating to the theme of the story and a parent prompt card. The aim of Storysacks is to encourage parents to share books with their children. The contents of a Storysack enable children to bring the story to life through play whilst enriching their learning.
